Intro…

The Old Salfordians. The Association for old boys of Salford Grammar School. A school that made an indelible impression on the city and its pupils for over sixty years. These boys would go on to become men that would travel far and wide, would have positive impact on all walks of life from the arts and science to commerce and industry. Told in their own words their stories give a fascinating insight into education from a different era. Enlightening, enriching and always entertaining, this is a unique oral history project.
